Screamers

I heard a child screaming the other day and I fumed.  When did it become ok to just scream out loud in public. It was disgusting.  Where were his parents?  Why would a child have to scream about such a silly thing anyway? Didn't his parents teach him better manners?  It was just a bike and I was going to bring it back eventually.  Course I couldn't tell him that he was screaming at me.
